Service Description

Compass AML Solutions Pty Limited and Harris Bookmaking Pty Limited represent and warrant to one another that Harris Bookmaking Pty Limited has engaged Compass AML Solutions Pty Limited to provide the following services: Conduct an independent review and assessment of Part A of the Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Program operated by , Harris Bookmaking Pty Limited. The scope of the review will: 1. Assess the effectiveness of Part A of the program; 2. Assess whether Part A of the program complies with the AML & CTF Rules and, 3. Assess whether Part A of the program has been effectively implemented.
